Pour vous donner un exemple de ce que sont des conditions de reproduction ou de traductions respectueuses :
l’engagement de la VF envers les auteurs qui nous ont aimablement accordé leur autorisation:
You wrote an article, we translate it and publish it here at http://ptgptb.free.fr !
Every article translated by us…
1. …is copyrighted of course to you.
2. …shall not be modified or edited except for the necessities of translation or adaptation for French audience and distinct translator’s notes
3. …shall credit you as the author, in a visible way, with the mention “(c) [author's name]”
4. …shall include an URL or link to any site you wish, (i.e. the site or original page) alongside the credit
5. …shall include any reference, author’s presentation, introduction, logo or legal mention that you see fit
(see for example http://ptgptb.free.fr/other/gming.htm to have an idea of how we introduce other sites’s articles)
6. …shall appear on the ptgptb.free.fr website and one translator’s personnal web page, for as long as you authorize it.
7. It once took us a year, from the authorisation to translate to the actual translation and on-line publication of an article. Therefore, as long as we don’t receive a message from you stating the opposite, we assume you did not change your mind and continue to allow publication.
8. If the translation would generate any money, (it never happened so far! ) royalties would be shared between you and the translator(s) according to the standards of the industry. |
